Senior Designer

Talented visual designer with HTML expertise and three years experience building web interfaces for name-brand sites. Designers work under the guidance of the Creative Director to provide creative assistance and support to the design team throughout the various stages of the design process. Key responsibilities include creating and developing concepts, refining directions, creating comparisons and presentation materials. Designers must have strong verbal communication skills. Experience with typography, identity design, packaging and/or online design, information design and interactive design.

Information Architect

User interface designer with extensive experience creating architecture specifications for complex transaction-based web sites and technical writing skills. Architects drive the translation and construction of a client's complex business problems into innovative technology solutions within a multidisciplinary environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing the development, design, user interface, and technology integration direction, site architecture management, and managing a technology team from definition phase through implementation. Architects must have excellent written and oral communication skills, creativity and innovation, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.

Director of Engineering

Software engineer and systems architect with expertise in implementing complex transaction based sites and collaborating with third-party back-end teams. The Director of Engineering is responsible for all client service engineering efforts within the office including the management of solution architectures, client- and server-side programming, quality assurance, Web hosting operations, and assisting with the development of new business and ongoing client relationships. The Director of Engineering is responsible for the on-time, on-budget delivery of the engineering aspects of all projects.
