Paul M. Hazen
Paul M. Hazen serves as the Chairman of KKR Financial's Board of Directors. He joined Wells Fargo in 1970, serving as Chairman of Wells Fargo from February 1997 to May 2001, Chairman and CEO from February 1997 to November 1998, CEO from January 1995 to February 1997, and President and COO from 1984 to 1995.  Mr. Hazen is currently a director of Wiilis Group Holdings Limited, KSL Recreation Corp and Xstrata Plc., and has served as a board member for Epiphany Inc. and Phelps Dodge Corp.
