San Francisco, CA - January, 2002 - Raspberry Media helps Rafe Needleman relaunch the famed "Catch of the Day" email newsletter and web site. Prior to the February relaunch, Needleman spent two years building the daily column into a must-read for its target audience of info-tech experts, venture capitalists, CEOs and the like. It was a brisk, informative, no-nonsense read, tightly focused on high-tech news, trends, issues and applications, laced with wit and humor. It also reached about 100,000 readers daily during its peak run with the Red Herring.

Launched as an independent, the column now reaches a growing audience of 15,000. No longer able to use the Red Herring look and feel, Rafe Needleman came to Raspberry Media to design the new brand look and interface for Catch of the Day (www.catchoday.com).

Under a tight timeline, Raspberry Media designed the email newsletter and web site for optimal download speed and legibility. "The new design had the clean professional look I wanted for my target audience and was well received by readers", states Rafe Needleman.
